Facundo Gil Jauregui
Facundo’s innate sense of tango was influenced by the tango salon style of his neighbourhood, Villa Urquiza. He started dancing at 17 years old in what was known as the “estilo tango Villa Urquiza”. After 7 years he met three tango icons + pioneering teachers … Gustavo Naveira, Luciana Valle and Chicho Frumboli. Since working with them and finally understanding the essence of tango, his style evolved into a delightful combination old Tango Salon mixed with the dynamics of Tango Nuevo.
Facundo has been teaching and performing in Estonia, Finland, UK, Italy, UAE and Indonesia as well as several cities in Argentina.
All the above maestros have taught and performed in the world renowned CITA congress.
